System Design
We support customers with new equipment installations and modernising existing systems. Our Process Control engineers have extensive experience with a wide range of instrumentation, control, and SCADA systems. Moorcroft can supply and configure sensors, controllers, chart recorders, and critical monitoring systems.

Temperature, Pressure, and Humidity Calibration
Using the latest equipment, Moorcroft provides:
• Temperature Calibration: Supporting ultra-low cryogenic application low as -200°C up to furnace and industrial oven temperatures of +1300°C.
• Pressure Calibration: Measuring as low as 1 Pascal for highly accurate cleanroom pressure applications. Using modular pressure testing equipment, we scale calibrations up to 60 MPa (600 bar) for hydraulic systems.
• Humidity Validation: Achieved with a portable hygrometer test cell, delivering on-site humidity measurements for Pharma and specialist manufacturing to 1% accuracy.
Explosive Areas and Tank Gauging
Moorcroft has ATEX-compliant test equipment and is fully capable of safely performing ATEX calibration in restricted zones. Our engineers are Compex trained and provide support for site maintenance, system design, and electrical installation. We also have expertise in tank gauging systems, including radar-based technologies, and offer support for a wide range of tank and distribution systems across various industries.
Scales and Balances
Moorcroft offers comprehensive scale and balance calibration services for a wide variety of equipment, helping you maintain the highest standards of accuracy and compliance. We can handle laboratory equipment to an accuracy of OIML E2 (0.0001g) up to industrial equipment of 5 tonnes.
