Return and Refund Policy

1. Return Policy
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return an item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
Some items are non-returnable, including but not limited to perishable goods and digital downloads. These exceptions will be noted on the product page.
To initiate a return, please contact at controls@moorcroft.io with your order number and reason for the return.
2. Refund Policy
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 7 business days for the refund to be credited to your account.
If your return is denied, we will notify you and your item will be sent back to you.
3. Shipping Costs
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
If you are returning an item for a refund, the original shipping fees are non-refundable.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately at controls@moorcroft.io with pictures of the damaged item. We will arrange for a return, exchange, or refund as applicable.
