Moorcroft is UKAS (United Kingdom Accreditation Service) accredited, this is considered the gold standard for UK certification and can help companies achieve industry-specific audit criteria.
Moorcroft undertakes surveys of your process or plant and advises optimising the manufacturing process and utilising technology such as frequency drives and feedback control.
All our staff undertake vigorous onboarding and baseline security checks. We maintain high standards of record keeping and data management and can offer export-compliant protection.
We are equipped to undertake WHO, IPSE, GMP, and FDA regulatory surveys and can achieve temperatures below -170o C. For instance, surveys typically use thermocouples and data-collecting tags and can be configured to meet customers’ requirements.
We offer specification, supply and installation of all main manufacturer’s equipment. Once installed we can commission test and calibrate as per your requirements.
Our team can build bespoke SCADA and PLC-based systems to meet your requirements. Furthermore, we are skilled at adapting and upgrading existing systems to avoid the expense of full replacement.
We have our own controls electricians and an electrical control panel assembly facility at our main office. In addition, we can support your system from the design stage right through to installation.
We can undertake furnace Thermal Uniformity Surveys (TUS) in a range of temp up to 1300 o C. In addition, provide a detailed report for standards such as AMS270, API and AIAG, and Pyrometry support for the efficient operation of equipment and utilise additional Thermography equipment for visual references.
